Spanish students have been enjoying learning about the traditions and rituals of Día de los Muertos. From coloring skeletons to making papel picado and sugar skulls, reading legends and trying pan de muerto, students now have a better understanding of this beautiful celebration!

The Lincoln-Way Central Interact Club teamed up with the Central English Department to collect socks for the homeless for their annual Socktober drive. Together we raised 312 pairs of socks! Thank you to our wonderful students here at Central for their generosity.

Last Saturday, 26 students from International Club went to HMart, a Korean grocery store chain. There they got to explore the store, buy specialty products from Asia, and eat lunch at the food court. Central students were joined by students from East for an extra special trip!

Medical anatomy hosted our very own 2018 Lincoln-Way Central grad, Maura Hall, who recently earned her South College BSN Nursing Degree. Maura shared her incredible journey and insights into the world of nursing with Mrs. Taylor's Medical Anatomy class. Maura's success is a testament to the amazing things that can happen when you pursue your dreams, relentlessly.
