We are excited to officially congratulate this familiar face on becoming the next principal of Lincoln-Way Central! Dr. McNamara graduated from Lincoln-Way Central in 2000, and has been employed by District 210 since 2005.
You may know her as the associate principal for curriculum and instruction, and we are excited to welcome her into this new role as principal!

The robotics team competed against 14 other teams. Our complex but reliable robot was one of the highest scoring robots on the field. The team is on its way to compete in the much larger and more competitive reginal competition.


Members of the LWC Animal Volunteer Club made tie blankets to cozy up the kennels at NAWS for their January service project.

Mrs. Opoka's 7th hour US History class participated in a collaborative, competitive, and fun game of tic tac toe to help review for final exams.




Mrs. McAllister's English 1 class engaged in a friendly and collaborative competition using Quizizz to review for their final.




Mr. Bryk's Spanish 2 class uses Blooket as a fun way to review for finals. They are also working together with a partner to practice for their speaking final.




Thank you to our Future Educators of America for hosting a fun holiday event for kids! During this event kids made a holiday ornament, played games, read stories and took home a snack.

LWC English Department Chair, Mrs. Yanule, reviewed JJC Dual Credit requirements with all junior students interested in taking College Writing next year. If you have any questions about the class enrollment procedures, please see your English teacher or Mrs. Yanule directly.


The 2021 Bridge competition was held on Wednesday. Cody Teske was this year's winner with an efficiency of 1,973 meaning his 16.2 g bridge held about 32 kg or 70 pounds! Rounding out the top 4 were Aidan Matson, Andrew DeMik, & Jacob Gavin.
