The Board of Education met last night at Lincoln-Way Central. Highlights from the meeting include:
- Heard a presentation on the capital improvement plan that includes general remodeling, roof restoration, mechanical upgrades, gym flooring and repainting, and new scoreboards, which are set to be completed in Fiscal Year 2023
- Approved an intergovernmental agreement between the District and the Illinois State Police regarding the use of Lincoln-Way North for testing weekend purposes
- Approved the employment of Dr. Ted Robbins as the next principal of Lincoln-Way West High School, and Bob Ward as the athletic director for Lincoln-Way Central beginning the 2022-2023 school year
